About the Department

The Legal Department safeguards the Sansthan's institutional interests by managing legal affairs including property matters, service disputes, contract reviews, and compliance with the Shree Saibaba Sansthan Trust Act. The team works to uphold the trust's legal standing and public obligations.

Key Responsibilities

Handling all litigation, court matters, and legal correspondence on behalf of the Sansthan
Reviewing and vetting contracts, tenders, agreements, and service orders
Advising management on statutory compliance, RTI responses, and trust regulations
Managing property records, title deeds, and legal documentation of Sansthan assets
