  1. 1. Can I change the date or time slot when I booked my Darshan / Aarti?

    No. You cannot change Darshan/Aarti date and time slot.

  2. 2. How many open transactions are allowed for online booking of Darshan facility?

    In one login account, only 1 open transaction is allowed. Only after you have availed the existing booking may you proceed for another booking.

  3. 3. Can I book a Darshan facility on behalf of other person?

    Yes. You can book a Darshan or Aarti facility on behalf of any other person. However, the person on whose name the Darshan facility is booked should be present while availing the pass in Shirdi with her/his photo Id and acknowledgement.

  4. 4. How early and how late can I book Darshan and Aarti online before my arrival date in Shirdi?

    You can book Aarti a maximum of 60 days in advance and a minimum of 2 days in advance before your arrival in Shirdi. In addition, you can book Darshan from t+2 hours until 60 days in advance based on availability, where t is the current hour.
